Training 2011

The following training was administered in 2011 and, in all activities forming part of the training, the young people are specifically drawn upon as likely scenarios and focus points.
The activities are generally around 50% of the training and thus children are always the focus of our learning. The following sessions included specific discussion relating to the young people’s profiles, adding more to the efficacy of the staff dealing with them.
In total this training amounted to approximately 100 hours of psychological input to all staff over teh year.
